  Overcharge, break things and don't tell you (I. e dipstick) and worst of all rude staff more specifically manager. My girlfriend uses jiffy lube often as she travels for work, I tried to resolve the issue at centennial location in Hamilton and was treated very poorly. Manager refused to give me the information to escalate the issue and was rude. Nothing good to say about there service or staff.
