  After seeing a bunch of terrible reviews on other websites, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since there were many positive on here.
  
  First experience was with Chris Ferguson. Emailed and called with some questions, no answer back. Booked a viewing anyway, hoping that would give some type of urgency. I do not live in Hamilton and was not planning on making the drive if the place wouldn't work. Contacted him again. Still no answer. Gave up and did not go to the viewing.
  
  Second experience was with Charmaine. I had mostly lost faith with the company - no one wants a property manager who cannot answer calls and emails. When I saw it was a different property manager I thought I'd give it a chance anyway. Booked a viewing and then emailed with questions, no response for a few days. I emailed again to let her know I was coming out of town to see the place and didn't want to make the drive if it would not work. She responded to that one, so already doing better than Chris so far. On the day of the appointment, 4 other groups of people showed up?? This was not listed as an open house. They booked 4 viewings together without telling anyone. One guy even left before she got there for that reason.. That is not good business. She was also late, which considering the weather was understandable but no apology or anything. But the best part had to be that someone was ALREADY APPROVED for the apartment. She knew I was coming from out of town, in the middle of a snowstorm.. and she didn't tell me or the multiple booked this information until we were already there. She was nice enough, but had absolutely no regard for prospective tenants.
  
  Right after my viewing on Saturday, I got an automated email asking for feedback. I wrote my concerns. I waited till today (Wednesday) to write a review in case I received a response or apology but as of today, nothing.
  
  TLDR - Don't waste your time. Property managers do not have any regard for people and I can't imagine how it would be when you actually live there.
  
  Edit: I can assure you I have received NO missed calls and my mailbox is certainly not full. Furthermore.. I never said Charmaine didn't return my calls. I only emailed her. It seems like your property managers are lying to you to cover themselves.
